Creating new users
Hi
I need to create a user name and password for a new employee at our office. Can you advise how to arrange. She will have access to all modules for all 4 company’s.
To modify/create users.
Goto the SYSTEM module
Under the CONFIGUARTION TAB select USER MAINTENANCE
Click on the NEW icon ![]()
Enter the user name : the name they will login with usually first name + first initial of lastname
Enter their full name and email :
Select the GROUP : ADMIN
Under ALLOWED ACCESS : click on ALL
Click on SAVE icon ![]()
You will be given a temporary password example : AAA999
The password can be changed by selecting the user (through the user query) and clicking on the password icon.
As admin you do not need to know the old password to change it
