Can you help me through the implementation?
YES, we have a lot of experience in migrating from other systems and would be happy to assess your requirements and provide help with implementation. We will provide an estimate prior to any work being done.

Can I export my data from RSA?
YES, all files can be easily exported in a CSV format and then manipulated in Excel.

Do I have to re-enter all my information into RSA?
NO, you can easily import your own master files (Customers, Shipping Addresses, Vendors, Products, GL Chart of Accounts) as long as they are in Excel (CSV format). We can quote on the cost of converting and importing all open transactions (orders, purchase orders, A/R, A/P), on-hand inventory count and two years financial history. Click on the main Help tab and then the section Importing Data into RSA for more details.

If I decide to stop using your service what happens to my data?
The data belongs to you. If you stop using the service we will maintain a copy of the data for 30 days, which you can download and then it will be erased from our servers and backups.

Do you provide training?
YES, Online training is recommended for every installation and is available through private two hour webinars. Based on you requirements, we will suggest what we feel your organization requires. Please contact us for more information.

Is my data secure?
We take security very seriously. All data on our servers is protected by firewalls and all transactions are processed securely using SSL protocol.We also have disaster recovery procedures in place to minimize downtime and our servers are hosted here on Montreal.

I like the idea of web based software but don't want my data on the Internet. Any ideas?
SURE. Instead of RSA ON-Demand,we also offer RSA ON-Site, a complete turnkey solution, where we take care of the hardware and software configuration. Find a power outlet, plug in a network cable, point to a web browser and you are up and running with minimal IT resources. RSA sits behind your secure firewall. No more worries about data integrity or who is hosting or viewing your data. You have the control and the peace of mind that your data is in good hands - yours. What technology does RSA use?
RSA is built on a core of "open-source" LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Php). The same technology that powers many of the most successful websites on the Internet today.

How is my data backed up?
Each customer's data is stored in a separate database and backed up on a daily basis. We keep a separate copy on another server in another location as well as FTP or email you a copy daily.

Do you offer an SLA (Service Level Agreement )?
NO. Since most SLA agreements promise things like 99.9% uptime, but downtime excludes such things as scheduled maintenance and any hardware or software failures. Here's our SLA: We'll do OUR BEST to keep our RSA running smoothly for as long as possible and get it back up ASAP should something go wrong.

What type of support do your offer and what hours is it available ?
Email support is offered from 06:30 to 20:30 EST Monday to Friday. Telephone support is offered from 09:30 to 17:30 EST Monday to Friday. We monitor our support systems for urgent requests outside of normal business hours and during weekends and statutory holidays.

How long have you been in business?

I see that RSA ON-Demand charges for additional users. How does that work?
The first user is included in the base price of $99 and you can have as many users as you want. We only bill for additional users ($49) that are active (the third time you login) during the month. Additional companies are billed only $69 per month, regardless of the number of users.

RSA Cloud

Provides Anywhere, Anytime Accounting. It is a web-hosted Cloud application that has been designed as an affordable yet powerful financial and supply chain management software. You have NO software to purchase, NO upgrades to install, NO support contracts to pay and NO special hardware to buy. It contains all the same features of our Enterprises Class software and is a perfect starting point for your growing business.

- Pricing starts at around $100 per month per company for the first user (Billed quarterly).
- Additional users and companies at discounted pricing can be added/removed at any time.
- Setup is $695 for the each company which includes configuration, loading your GL chart of accounts and all basic PDF forms (invoice, statement, purchase order, quote, sales order, packing slip) with your logo and a standard pre-printed check.
- 30 day refundable trial period (Setup fees excluded).

  • Email and telephone support is included.
  • We can also import all your existing accounting data (Open orders, Open A/R, Open A/P, Inventory count and G/L trial balance) and would be glad to quote you based on your needs.
  • Proper implementation of a new software system is very important for its success and you can expect to spend around $4,000 for training. configuration and data conversion.
  • If you use the Payroll module, an annual update tax update fee is charged.
  • All fees are calculated monthly but are billed quarterly in advance and includes a 30 day trial period.

A turnkey Enterprise Accounting solution where we take care of the hardware and software configuration. A pre-configured Dell server is shipped to the customer. Simply find a power outlet, connect a network cable, point to a web browser and you are up and running with minimal IT resources. There are also no expensive computers to upgrade since RSA only needs a compatible Internet Browser.

RSA Server uses a proprietary design to provide you with all the advantages of the Internet yet gives the added control over data and its security, since it never leaves the building and its ownership is never in question! Your data is always is good hands, YOURS.

Pricing starts at $12,995 for a 5 user system, which includes a pre-configured Dell server with "LAMP" (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) and come with a 3 year on-site warranty (next business day) supplied by Dell.

  • You can easily connect to RSA from anywhere there is an Internet connection, using readily available VPN routers.
  • NO limit on the number of companies.
  • We can also convert and import your all existing accounting data, so you are up and running with all your financial history (Customers, Vendors, Products, Open orders, Open A/R, Open A/P, Inventory onhand, G/L trial balance) and would be glad to quote on your conversion requirements.
